The actress - who has featured in films such as The Devil Wears Prada and The Dark Knight Rises - has revealed herself as a Gooner in recent weeks, filming TikTok videos of herself singing North London Forever.
But it appears to be the whole Hathaway family who are behind Mikel Arteta's side, with Hathaway saying in one video: "The group chat is going off. 'Declan is the man of the day', I agree mum."
The revelation has gone viral since she sang the Arsenal anthem after their 3-0 win against Real Madrid in the Champions League.
How long has Hathaway been an Arsenal fan?
It is unclear just how long Hathaway's love of the Gunners has been going on, but there is certainly evidence of it being more than a year.
Last April, during an interview, external for her upcoming film The Idea of You she is seen alongside co-star and fellow Arsenal fan Nicholas Galitzine watching and celebrating a goal.
"One-nil, Trossard!" says Galitzine, before Hathaway adds: "Oh I love you", and then explains: "Sorry, we're both fans of the same team, and there's a match going on right now, and during our last interview they scored."
The goal they were celebrating was Leandro Trossard's strike at Wolves in a 2-0 win on 20 April, 2024.
That prompted Trossard to send a message to Hathaway, saying: "Keep supporting us and hopefully see you soon at the Emirates."
Has Hathaway been to an Arsenal game?
Despite Trossard's invitation to Emirates Stadium a year ago, it does not appear that Hathaway has managed to make the trip to Arsenal's home yet.
In fact, prior to the casual revelation of her Arsenal support in the aforementioned interview last April, there is little indication on the internet to suggest she is an avid follower.
But her support certainly seems to have intensified during Arsenal's run to the Champions League semi-finals.
This month she revealed her delight at Bukayo Saka's goalscoring return from a hamstring injury, posting on Instagram after the 2-1 win against Fulham a picture of herself in an Arsenal shirt with the caption: "Welcome back #7"
