Manchester City has prolonged their partnership with Puma for an additional ten years, with the contract estimated to be valued at no less than £1 billion, marking it as the largest agreement within the Premier League.

Initially, City entered into a £65 million per year contract with the German sportswear brand in 2019; however, both parties have now consented to continue the partnership at least until 2035, with a reported value of £100 million annually for the club.

This amount exceeds the £90 million agreement recently established between their rivals, Manchester United, and Adidas in 2023, while the defending champions, Liverpool, will also collaborate with the same brand starting this season under a reported £60 million yearly deal.

Since 2019, City has experienced an extraordinary phase of achievement, claiming four Premier League championships and securing the Treble two years prior, although they concluded the last season without any major silverware.

According to Manchester City, the partnership has led to unprecedented global sales records for the club.

In their financial report up to June 30, 2024, City disclosed a record revenue of £715 million from the Premier League, alongside a rise in commercial revenue from £341.4 million to £344.7 million.

Ferran Soriano, the chief executive of City Football Group (CFG), remarked, "Our collaboration with Puma was driven by our desire to push our limits and surpass expectations. Over the past six seasons, we've managed to achieve that and even more."

"Puma has smoothly woven into our organization, and we have shared numerous historic experiences worldwide with our fans," he continued.

Arthur Hoeld, the chief executive of Puma, stated: "The alliance with Manchester City has proven to be immensely successful, both on the field and off."

"The collection of trophies, the ideal platform for our performance products, and commercial triumph have been remarkable," he noted.
